Electronically-Controlled Piston and Diaphragm Pumps
Valco Cincinnati's pumps are automatically reversed by low-voltage, solid-state electronics. Most common pumps use an air-motor-driven, mechanical device to reverse the pump stroke. These reversing mechanisms can "hang-up" and stall the pump when operated at low air pressure or when cycling at slow speeds. In addition, mechanical reversing devices wear out, resulting in frequent downtime for maintenance and rebuilding.

Pressure-Balancing Glue Regulator
A unique pressure-balancing regulator ensures consistent adhesive delivery during startup and at varying line speeds—no pattern flooding or glue puddling. The regulator features a chamber that relieves excess glue pressure during high-speed machine stops.

Low Liquid Level Alarm
This unit provides low level and emergency low level warning for adhesive pails, drums, or totes.

Tab-Trim Removal Systems
The TR500M Tab Trim Removal System gives an extra kick to the tab trim by removing the scrap before it reaches the glue station. Even poorly die-cut tabs are cleaned.

Jam Prevention Systems
JP2000 Jam Preventer eliminates costly product jams on timed (constant product spacing) and untimed (random product spacing) machines. It electronically monitors product to detect slippage and butted or overlapped occurrences. When a preset product slippage allowance is exceeded, the JP2000 will interrupt product feed and stop the machine. Lights on the control panel identify the product sensor responsible for triggering the machine stop circuit. The Jam Preventer automatically re-arms and is ready for operation when the machine is restarted.
