High-Production Glue Valves
Valco Cincinnati manufactures an extensive selection of cold-glue valves for precision gluing at all machine speeds. Available for direct-contact or non-contact applications, valves cover every type of pattern requirement: dots, stitch, continuous, fine lines, ribbons, and spray. Some designs can accommodate high fluid pressure and high fluid viscosities. For enhanced production flexibility, an assortment of applicator heads and nozzles can be used. Bracket packages allow easy mounting of valves.

Electronic Controls
Valco Cincinnati offers electronic controls for simple or complex glue patterns. The range extends from compact controls with push-switch data entry to microprocessor-based controls with touch-screen programming. Controls feature front-panel status indicators for fast system troubleshooting. Integral pressure control ensures consistent glue-volume output. The newest controls support jam prevention and glue-pattern inspection.

Electronically-Controlled Piston and Diaphragm Pumps
Valco Cincinnati's pumps are automatically reversed by low-voltage, solid-state electronics. Most common pumps use an air-motor-driven, mechanical device to reverse the pump stroke. These reversing mechanisms can "hang-up" and stall the pump when operated at low air pressure or when cycling at slow speeds. In addition, mechanical reversing devices wear out, resulting in frequent downtime for maintenance and rebuilding.

Pressure-Balancing Glue Regulator
A unique pressure-balancing regulator ensures consistent adhesive delivery during startup and at varying line speeds—no pattern flooding or glue puddling. The regulator features a chamber that relieves excess glue pressure during high-speed machine stops.
